description

NOE CPC are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works, Trades and Associated Services to support the NHS and other public sector organisations. There will be no limit to the number of providers admitted onto the DPS.

Bidders are invited to submit an application for admission. In Stage One admission, all bidders who meet the selection criteria and are not excluded will be admitted onto the DPS as a provider. Individual contracts will be awarded at Stage 2 where Contracting Authorities will invite all potential providers based on the works category and the location, to bid for a specific contract. Individual contracts let under Stage 2 of the DPS will be up to a value of £5,000,000.00.

The initial deadline for requests to participate is 21/10/2021. The DPS will re-open on 01/12/2021 and remain open throughout its term. The DPS does not guarantee any minimum spend and there will be no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee under the DPS.

This procurement exercise will be conducted on the Atamis Health Family Single eCommercial System at: https://health-family.force.com/login
