We are seeking a partner to undertake a range of Organisational Development projects to support the Trust in achieving its priorities and improve performance in a challenging operational environment Whilst National Staff Survey results have been positive the Trust is still faced with a number of key challenges that it wishes to address in order to improve the quality of clinical services, namely
| • | High staff turnover, particular in newly qualified clinical roles |
| • | From an equalities perspective non-white staff rate the organisation more poorly than white colleagues |
| • | Above average levels of work related stress |
| • | Low appraisal rates across the organisations |
We have identified the following initiatives as priority projects for addressing these issue
| • | Trust leadership strategy |
| • | Overarching staff engagement strategy |
| • | Talent management identification and development strategy |
| • | Staff reward and recognition strategy and plan |
| • | Targeted development work in areas of the organisation demonstrating low staff engagement ratings |
