description
The WMCA Retrofit Delivery team is responsible for establishing successful delivery of DESNZ grant supported projects including SHDF Wave 2.1, and HUG 2 through to September 2025 and March 2025 respectively. The delivery team also incorporates a technical team providing Retrofit support services to members of the SHDF Wave 2.1 Consortium consisting of 12 Registered Providers (RPs) with teams across the WMCA to make sure that inclusion is at the heart of how we plan, decide, and deliver our activity.
The Retrofit Delivery team requires the expertise of a Consultant who specialises in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) issues, related UK legislation and the challenges faced in achieving Net Zero across the WM region. The Consultant must have demonstrable experience in a wide range of Project and Construction Management at a senior level and be able to clearly demonstrate a track record in construction and senior management deliverables and be preferably RICS accredited. The Consultant will be responsible for leading and developing successful delivery of the Retrofit programmes, ensuring a compliant approach which is aligned with best practice and compliancy.
The consultant has been procured via the Constellia AEC Neutral Vendor Framework for Multi-Specialism Services
