The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) (‘the Authority’), seeks to appoint a Supplier to deliver a Scoping Study which makes clear, robust and evidenced recommendations for an Official Development Assistance eligible Programme to support the development and improvement of access to international trade through the adoption of streamlined customs procedures and standards, and to tackle corruption at seaports in targeted middle income countries.
