GB-Algarkirk: St Peter & St Paul's Algarkirk Main Contractor works

The capital works include:

•Full M&E installation including new lighting,

•Reroofing of lead roofs including rainwater goods,

•Below ground drainage,

•Lightning protection,

•Masonry repairs,

•Stone cleaning and repointing,

•Stained glass window repairs by specialist subcontractors,

•Conservation of the decorative scheme in the chancel by specialist subcontractors, •Bell frame refurbishment and enhanced specialist access,

•Dry rot treatment and structural timber repairs,

•New areas of flooring and internal joinery items including a new servery within the body of the church, •External hard landscaping to pathways and car park area.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
