P0776 - Moseley Road Baths Refurbishment Works

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for repair of roofs to Boardroom and manager's flat and repair of main fa?ade to the Moseley Road Baths, Moseley Road, Balsall Heath.

The Contract will last for the period of the project commencing September 2021 for a period of 6 months.

The works consists of the following:

• oThe stripping out and re-roofing of the pitched slate roofs over the Board Room and manager's flat
• oAssociated rainwater and gutter repairs
• oRepair of the front fa?ade
• oMaking good of internal historical finishes
• oThe repair of the stained-glass windows
• oLighting and electrical upgrades
• oPossible temporary roofing due to the works taking place during autumn/winter

The contract will be awarded to a single supplier.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
