CBC-1042-H-CE Publicity Data Production Software and Print Services - Bus Service Roadside - AWARD

Roadside Bus Service Publicity Production - Central Bedfordshire Council require a specialised timetable production tool able to take data feed from Traveline South East (or directly from EBSR / TXC files due to future data changes).

Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.

If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system.

Last date for receiving questions on the Intend system - 12:00 noon on 29th July 2019.

Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 2nd August 2019 Quotations received after that time will be excluded.

Contract Start Date: Ability to mobilise to a system operational level by 1st October 2019.

Contract Term: An initial 3 year contract with optional 24 month extension based on performance.
