This tender is for the appointment of Employers Agent services for Accommodation Refurbishments from 2022 to 2025.
In 2022 it is proposed to continue with the refurbishment of the village which will also incorporate fire compartmentation works. The works consisting broadly of, the removal of all existing furniture, shower pods etc within the study bedrooms and replacing with new approx. 120 location over a 10 week period.
