Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust wishes to gauge the extent of the potential providers of the services and understand how these services could be provided in future. Please note this is purely a market assessment exercise to gather facts on potential providers and how the service(s) may be provided. Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust makes no commitment that any procurement will result from this market survey. Parties who are interested in taking part in this exercise will be requested to complete a questionnaire which will cover the following areas; scope of services, innovative service models and experience. Please note that this is not a PQQ, we are using this functionality within the Bravo portal to communicate with interested parties.
