NHHT Insurance Services (Brokerage or Direct Insurer)

Notting Hill Housing Trust (NHHT) is looking to establishing a 5 year contract (for a minimum of 3 years with the option to extend for up to two (2) years) for the provision of Insurance Services via Broker or a Direct Writer for the placement and management of a suite of Corporate classes of Insurance which the claims management of any claims arising out of the insurance policies during the duration of the contract. This tender will be run as an Open (one stage) full OJEU tender process. This means the qualification stage will be run at the same time as the invitation to tender (ITT) stage. The new contract will be effective from 1 minute past Midnight on 1st September 2015.

NHHT has divided this Contract into 2 Lots - Brokerage Services (Lot 1) and Direct Writing (Insurer). To clarify NHHT is looking to appoint either 1 Broker or 1 Direct Insurer from across both Lots. Bidders should note that NHHT’s Contractors All Risks policy will be included within this Contract with effect from the 1st September 2016 in additional to the policies currently requested to be placed under this tender.
