To carry out Minor Works to the Dutch Barns at Littleworth Farm, Worcester Road, Inkberrow, Worcestershire WR7 4EX

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry out Minor Works to the Dutch Barns at Littleworth Farm, Worcester Road, Inkberrow, Worcestershire WR7 4EX

The schedule of works include, but not limited to removal of asbestos cement box gutter and rainwater goods, replacement of a box valley gutter between two Dutch barns and replacing the corroded corrugated sheet roof to one of the Dutch barns.

The works are required to ensure that the tenant farmer has suitable accommodation to store this year's harvest from approximately Mid-July 2018. The priority will be to ensure that the works to the Dutch barns are completed before this date.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

The site is a working farm and access must be pre-arranged.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
