For the Supply of a Public Address System for Major Events

BCP Council requires a supplier to provide a full public address system for major events including Bournemouth Air Festival; to include the necessary horn speakers, amplifiers, cabling and commentary unit, along with having an on-site presence and out of hours call out, to react to PA issues during the event.

The contract will be for one year with the option to extend annually for a further four years. (1+1+1+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions are taken the full length of the contract would be for five years. The anticipated start date of the contract is 1st August 2023.
