description

The scope of this contract is to deliver a cost effective and flexible occupational health service that maximises value for money for Newcastle University through the delivery of a timely, effective, up-to-date and quality service to staff and postgraduates. The service delivery required is to support Newcastle University to comply with legislative requirements, regulations, guidelines and standards current at the time of delivery, whilst maintaining duty of care to staff and postgraduate students. The service should be maintained for 50 weeks per annum. This includes the Department of Education (DfE) standards applicable to the service. The EAP Service should be maintained 25/7, 52 weeks per annum.
