description
Team Leidos has a requirement for support of Digital Imagery (DI) Equipment currently in use within Operational Land and Afloat environments in the UK and overseas. The support required for the current fleet of equipment includes the supply of consumables, spares, repairs, maintenance and ad hoc training as required.
The requirement has been split into two separate lots; Lot 1 which comprises of three DI equipment types including, Canon CXDI-50C Detector, Canon CXDI-55C Detector and Canon CXDI-701C Detector, which will be required in frames of varying weight dependent on the clinical use (full details provided in the ITT documentation). Lot 2 comprises of the Ziehm C-Arm. Each Lot is further split into Option 1 and Option 2.
Option 1 requires the provision of a fully comprehensive and inclusive service contract for the equipment types covered under that Lot. Option 2 requires the provision of a comprehensive service contract excluding specified high value spares, for the equipment types covered under that lot. It is not compulsory to tender against both lots, a tender may be submitted for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2. It is however, mandatory to provide a response against both Options 1 and 2, within either Lot 1 and/or Lot 2.
Whilst the DI Equipment is located around the UK and overseas, support and/or maintenance will usually take place in a number of specified field hospitals within the UK. DI Equipment located on Afloat environments will be accessed in ports within the UK. Emergency call outs will be required to sites across the UK on an ad hoc basis. Full details with regards to the equipment locations and the support required are provided in the ITT documentation.
