Key Service Requirements:
- On line pre-placement health screening, approximately 1000pa
- On line case referral management system
- Occupational health reports on absence/ill health referrals, approximately 200pa
- Reports on complex or ill health retirement cases requiring an Occupational Health Physician, approximately 30pa
- Liaison with GP’s/specialists as required
- Sound knowledge of ill health retirement schemes under the Local Government Pension Scheme, Teachers’ Pension Scheme and NHS Pension Scheme
- Historic records storage, both hard and soft copies of PPQ’s and referrals
