description
Lambeth Council wishes to appoint a preferred supplier to work alongside the Council and with Electric Avenue market traders to address trader concerns about the use of new, modern market stalls, prior to an exact order being placed with the preferred provider.
Additional information: Lambeth Council is proud to offer a great opportunity for an experienced provider of quality market stalls to become the Council’s preferred supplier of stalls to the iconic and much-loved Electric Avenue market in Brixton.
The contract involves the preferred supplier working collaboratively with the Council and traders to develop a solution that supports the re-design of the market street, and meets traders’ functional and commercial needs, including durability and adaptability.
Electric Avenue market has 39 pitches. The value of the contract will be dependent on the suitability and acceptability of the solution provided. There may be opportunities for repeat business as each of Brixton’s market streets are regenerated over the next 5 years.
