The scope of the works to be carried out under this contract includes:
| • | Fire Risk Assessments to Christian Action Housing's property stock, on a yearly program |
| • | Update and create an emergency fire evacuation plan for each property, including floor plans |
| • | Carry out post inspection of Fire Safety works. |
| • | Contract duration for 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 3 years (reviewed on yearly intervals). |
| • | Contract to start in February 2019. |
