East Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking to award a contract for three years in respect of electoral registration printing and election materials printing: such as CCA forms, CCB forms, HEF's, Poll Cards, Ballot Papers and One-Piece Mailers.
This will consist of materials required to conduct the annual canvass for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 and any ad-hoc print runs outside the canvass period:
- CCA and CCB initial forms, CCB Reminders, HEF forms for canvass visits
- Invitation to Register Forms, 1st and 2nd and final reminders (volume depending)
- C5 Outer Envelopes
- C5 Business Reply Envelopes
- Household Notification Letter - if required
