description
This is a management and maintenance contract for the Council's existing Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDP) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
A 3rd party administers, amends and supports the software and system policies providing detailed reports at agreed frequencies. They provides a round the clock monitoring service for the IDP platform, alerting the Council to any critical and high-level security threats detected and take mitigative action where necessary.
