NHS E South (Specialised Commissioning) - In patient Hubs and spoke vascular surgical services for Kent and Medway

Open early engagement - This means that a procurement idea is currently active, it is in the early stage of development and judging interest from potential providers.

This is an invitation to ascertain if there are interested parties in delivering the following:

NHS England( Specialised Commissioning ) are considering tendering to find a suitable qualified provider to deliver In patient vascular surgical services in Kent and Medway areas. There will be one provider and the clinical model will be based on a hub and spoke model with existing local acute trusts providing out patients and diagnostic services closer to the patients home. The new service is likely to commence on the 1st April 2017.

NHS England invites expression of Interest for this project. Can you please complete the attached questionnaire and return by noon 17th February 2016. The information received during this process will be used to inform the procurement process Please note that this notice has been issued purely as an information seeking exercise and is not part of any formal procurement process. NHS England will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise.
