The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) wish to appoint a multi- discipline framework contract for the South South West operating area. The contract will cover the areas listed below. The HCA reserves the right to award either a single, multi-discipline contract or by discipline. The combined contract value will not exceed the maximum value of this tender as stated in the value section of this notice for and therefore may end before the envisaged contract end date.
Civil Works - Road ways & Access ways, Hardstanding Areas, Over-surfacing Roads, Footpaths & Cycle-ways and Foul & Storm Drainage
Parking Surfaces - Porous Block Paving Surfaces, Asphalt Parking Surface, Geocellular Stone filled Surface, Grasscrete Parking Surfac and Grass Block Surface
Electrical Installations - Fire Alarms Installations, Street lights, Corridor Lights, Office Lights, HV Trench Works, LV Trench Works, Access Control Systems and Electrician Rates.
Security Fencing - High Security Fencing, Low Level Fencing, Galvanized Fencing, General & Standard Gates and General & Standard Fencing.
Other Works - Guttering & Interceptors, Water Connections, Portacabins, General Skills, Waste Management andHoarding & Boarding.

The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.
This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier.
