Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint suitable, qualified and experienced contractors to a Term Service Contract to carry out \"Pot Hole\" repairs to a very high standard across the City Of Liverpool. The City Council are seeking a whole life costing approach to economic and critical repairs to the Highways Infrastructure.

The City Council require a contractor to undertake a programme of highways works where there is extensive deterioration of the carriageway condition due to high levels of dilapidation, structural failure resulting in the pot holes. This will extend the life span of the road surfacing across the highway network.
The condition of the highways are such that major reconstruction in all cases is not considered necessary and pothole carriageway repairs is beneficial to extending the life of the asset on Liverpool road network.

The service provision is split into Three Lots, one for each geographical area of the City
