To deliver a comprehensive HIV support service in Liverpool that aims to optimise the health and wellbeing of people living with HIV and those at greatest HIV risk, and to reduce the level of HIV transmission. The service will include:

| ? | Support, including Out Reach support to maintain accommodation and prevent homelessness |

The ITT documentation, together with the appointed Bidder?s Tender submissions requested in the ITT Questionnaire submission document will form the contract.
The contract term is for three years, with the option to extend for a one year extension, at the sole discretion of the Council
