External Wall Insulation (subject to European Regional Development Funding)

Invitation to Tender for the supply and installation of External Wall Insulation to circa 84 x Magenta Living properties, in Bromborough, Wirral, Merseyside

This project is subject to European Regional Development Funding (ERDF ) as part of a joint venture group called "Viridis". It is expected that the use of solid wall insulation will be applied through an innovative approach and/or as part of a whole place solution to support the installation of innovative low carbon solutions, leading to a reduction in GHG (green house gas) emissions contributing to climate change targets.

Beneficiaries will be Magenta Living who will benefit from more energy efficient stock, and tenants with more efficient, warm homes which may help reduce fuel poverty.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the portal and complete and submit their tender return together with any supporting information requested by the closing date and time of 13:00hrs on 19th June 2019.

Tenders must be submitted via the e-tendering portal. Tenders submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

To ensure that your tender has been submitted Tenderers must ensure they click "Submit response". You will be required to reconfirm this by clicking 'submit response' a second time. Tenderers may modify and resubmit a tender at any time prior to the Tenders Submission Deadline. Tenderers cannot modify a tender after the Tender Submission Deadline has passed A site visit will be held at 1 Ashfield Road, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 7EE on Tuesday 04th June 2019 at 10.00 am. Magenta Living representatives will attend the site visit. Magenta Living do not intend to hold individual site visits and so Tenderers are asked to attend site promptly at 10.00 am. A maximum of 2 representatives from each bidder Organisation are permitted to attend the site visit. Bidders should confirm their intention to attend the site visit and provide details of whom they propose will attend from their Organisation, via the portal messaging facility linked to this procurement project. Please confirm your attendance at the site no later than Friday 31st May 2019.
