Lot 1:
- Lot 1a - Employee Core & On-Demand Services,
- Lot 1b - Staff and Student Counselling and Physiotherapy Services

As the services are "needs specific", actual demand and requirements for services will vary over the period of the contract term. No guarantee can therefore be given regarding the volume of business placed with the appointed OHS provider/s.
The contract is for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend 1 or more lots for up to two further periods of 12 months each, subject to satisfactory performance. Please note that dates and values provided are estimated (excluding any potential extension options) and therefore subject to change.
