HLF Skills for the Future Programme: Nurturing Nature Conservation Skills using NNRs - External Evaluation Specialist

The contract will commence April 2015 and end 30th July 2017 subject to adherence to Natural England’s Terms and Conditions. The contract will be drafted as a one year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years. This tender is for the following:

• I.Support development of a final version of the evaluation framework following discussion with key learning providers and the External Steering Group and so that it meets the evaluation objectives;

• II.Ensure that qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools are developed appropriately to meet the evaluation objectives;

• III.Establish an efficient way to code and analyse the information being delivered by these tools;
• IV.Review the evaluation findings at an agreed frequency and highlight any issues for consideration by the Project in terms of ongoing delivery or evaluation;

• V.Agree the structure and approach to the final evaluation report

• VI.Provide technical assurance to a final end of project evaluation report.

These are elements of a Heritage Lottery Fund Skills for the Future project focussing on nature conservation skills on National Nature Reserves, with locations across England.
