Ottawa, Canada New Build of High Commission

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Contractors for the delivery of a new British High Commission at .140 Sussex Drive Ottawa, Canada.. We are seeking submissions from companies who are capable of acting as Principal contractor, taking overall responsibility for construction. Submissions from subcontractors or suppliers for part of the works will not be considered.

The site is currently used as a residence for the British High Commissioner and demolition of out ancillary buildings and garages will provide the location for the proposed development. The residence will remain on the site and remain in occupation during the construction works.

Tenders will be submitted electronically.
