This support will be delivered via a range of different improvement activity including:

Universal Self-Service Support

• Events, webinars, pre-recorded materials, Top Tips and learning exchange Self-assessment tool kits and workbooks
• Standard data tools, informed by experts, to assess performance and variation

Peer Support

• Facilitating and supporting subject networks and action learning
• Expert peer reviews and challenges on a 1-2-1 basis

Direct Support

• Tailored methodologies with intensive expert support to address specific issues
• Action planning sessions to scope further (external to PCH) consultancy support to ensure it meets the council's needs, provides VfM and impact is followed-up
