Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of a Multi-Provider Framework Agreement for Health and Adult Social Care Training Providers.

This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 18th February 2022

Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline.

The Contract is split into the following lots:

Clinical Medical Interventions (Lot 2)

Learning Disability Focused (Lot 3)

Mental Health Focused (Lot 4)

Dementia Focused (Lot 5)

Behaviours of Concern (Lot 6)

Safeguarding in Adult Social Care (Lot 7)

Leadership and Management of Social Care Organisations/Services (Lot 8)

Neurological Conditions (Lot 9)

Physiological Conditions (Lot 10)

Level 1 Health and Social Care Trainee Programme (Lot 11)

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (Lot 12)

General Staff Development (not otherwise categorised) (Lot 13)

Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Tenderers should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their Tender, where appropriate.
