The University of Portsmouth is seeking a suitable supplier to undertake Fire Compartmentation Remedial works.

The estimated value of this is contract is expected to be in the region of £1million.

The appointed Contractor is expected to provide an extremely high quality service for the University. This includes satisfactorily completing work within the specified time periods, good customer liaison, efficient and accurate paperwork, prompt submission of accounts and immediately responding to any complaints received.

The Contractor's performance will be closely monitored at all times including compliance with the Method Statements and Conditions of Contract.

Please complete both the ITT documents and the Suitability Questionnaire documents. All supplier's Suitability Questionnaires will be scored and the top (approximately 6) suppliers will then have their tender documents scored. This is being run as one stage, but with two parts.
