Provision of Trainer Assessors and the Delivery of Qualifications to Fast Lane Training Services

Norfolk County Council ('the Council') wishes to establish a multi-provider Light Touch Regime Framework for the provision of Trainer Assessors and the provision of Qualifications for Fast Lane Training Services (FLTS). FLTS is an income generating unit within Norfolk County Council's (NCC) Community and Environmental Services department.

The requirement is split into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Provision of Trainer Assessors to deliver training under the approved centre status of FLTS Lot 2 - to supply and deliver training and assessment including any awarding body registration and certification.
