The period of the contract is from 1st October 2016 to 31 August 2018 subject to the Supplier meeting the key performance indicators detailed in this document.
The key outcomes the Council is seeking to achieve are:

Retention
Reduce the number of teachers and leaders who leave the profession and/or the district.
To retain high quality teachers and leaders in Bradford Schools
These outcomes sit at the heart of the Bradford Education Covenant as the Council recognises that good or better schools are led and managed by high quality leadership, who, in turn, attract and develop the best teaching staff. They will form the basis of the “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI’s) with the successful Supplier.
