Lifecycle Primary Care Mental Health Service

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) on behalf of NHS England South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to tender for a Lifecycle Primary Care Mental Health Service which includes service provision for children, young people and adults.

The process will have two phases, which are as follows:

Phase 1 – the anticipated contract start date for the adult primary care mental health services (including IAPT) and some Tier 2 children and young people’s services is the 1st October 2015.

Phase 2 – will be the remaining elements of children and young people’s services, with an anticipated contract start date of the 1st March 2016.

NECS is utilising an electronic tendering system to manage this procurement and communicate with potential providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, including your tender submission, will be conducted via the portal https://In-tendhost.co.uk/necs hosted by (In-Tend), the managed service provider for the NECS electronic tendering system.
