description

Nottingham City Council is looking to appoint a commercial property agent to advice and lead on the disposal of a city centre site Crocus Place, Arkwright Street, Nottingham.

Nottingham City Council require the services of a Property Agent to advise them on the disposal of a vacant site known as Crocus Place.

Crocus Place is located to the south of the city centre adjacent to Nottingham Railway Station and Unity Square. The site is also in close proximity to the newly completed Broad Marsh Bus Station and Car Park.

The site has been vacant for approximately 5 years with planning consent being secured in 2019 to develop a 125,000 sq. ft. grade A office. The consent has not been implemented.

The Council is now looking to dispose of the site in line with its Disposal Policy and it is seeking to appoint a Property Agent to provide advice on the disposal of the site and to support the Council in undertaking that disposal. A more detailed brief has been outlined at the end of this document.
