Lot 1: Provision of Bar and Catering services in the East Stand and MBI Shay Supporters Bar of the MBI Shay Stadium for events, matches, training courses and staff on site. 1.5.2 Lot 2: Provision of Catering and non-alcoholic beverages services to the public attending sporting events by use of the kiosks/mobile vans. 1.5.3 Lot 3: Provision of event services at four Public Halls (Brighouse Civic Hall, Clay House (West Vale), Todmorden Town Hall and Shelf Village Hall).
