The Highways Agency, in collaboration with a number of Police Forces wish to lease a HGV Tractor Unit, in order to monitor, record and where appropriate enforce HGV driver behaviour. This is a National objective that aims to reduce the number of incidents and improve safety following the successes of a number of pilots.
