CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISON OF SERVICES FOR WASTE COLLECTION; DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") is conducting this procurement using Invitation for Further Competition under YPO Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement ref: 000879 FM Services - Buildings In Use Support Services DPS in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring the Goods and services described in the Specification set out at Schedule 2

Scope of the tender

West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority invites you to submit quotations for the Collection and recycling of General Waste as detailed in Schedule 2:

For tenderers' guidance, the Authority estimates that the approximate spend on this contract will be approximately £50K per annum and £300K over the potential six (6) years duration of the contract.

Separately, approximate anticipated contract spend values for Lots is as follows:

Lot One: (17 Sites) £28K

Lot Two: (18 Sites) £16K

Lot Three: (6 Sites) £6K

Tenderer s' attention is drawn to the fact that this figure is an estimation and could fluctuate up or down, dependent on circumstances and requirements (i.e. budgetary restraints, etc.).
