Public Health England are seeking to procure peripheral equipment to upgrade an existing mass spectrometer at the Centre for Radiation, Chemicals and Environmental Hazards (CRCE), based in Chilton, Oxfordshire, to allow nano ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography for the purposes of proteomics research.

The requirement comprises a suitable nano-flow ionisation source, an nUHPLC system, associated peripherals and data de-convolution software, all of which must be compatible with the existing Q Exactive Plus orbitrap mass spectrometer.
