The objective of this project is to support the Environment Agency in delivering the OBC, the FBC and the foundation projects.
Three outcomes are required:
| 1. | Delivery of some of the underpinning material for the OBC and FBC; |
| 2. | Support for Environment Agency in preparing the OBC and FBC and in getting them approved; |
| 3. | Contributing to delivery of the foundation projects |
