Fire Alarm system upgrade

Based on JCT MINOR WORKS BUILDING CONTRACT.

The Contractor's scope of works shall generally comprise of the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning and setting to work the following elements as necessary:

Removal of redundant equipment

Installation of new control panels including loop cards, batteries, network cards etc.

Installation of manual call points, automatic detectors and bases, sounders and VAD's

Installation of ancillary equipment

Testing and commissioning

Provision of As Installed Drawings and Operating and Maintenance Manuals

Correction of Defects During 12-month Period
