All providers that wish to submit an application form, whether existing or new providers, must read the attached documents (available on the Bravo website). The Technical Envelope has different sections for existing providers and different sections for new providers. Please note that ALL providers must fill out the Qualification Envelope in full.

Please note that under ‘Any Qualified Provider’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set according to NHS National Prices or a local tariff where specifically listed in the final contract payment schedules. Providers should read the Qualification Information document and all other supporting documents, available for download on Bravo, prior to filling out the Bravo application form, paying attention to the guidance therein. If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours in which to respond. Please ensure that you have staff available to answer the questions, which will be sent to you by email to the email address registered on Bravo. Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application. An electronic tendering tool is being used for this procurement.
