Ground Maintenance Building at Potterne Park, Verwood (New Build)

A new grounds maintenance building is to be erected approximately five hundred metres from the Potterne Park pavilion building on the border of land belonging to Moor's Valley Country Park, and will be located on a clearing adjacent to the existing water irrigation farm for Moor's Valley golf course.

The proposed function of the new building is to give accommodation and servicing facilities for agricultural and horticultural heavy duty equipment and serve as an operating base to serve within the local authority area.

The building will be of a steel portal frame with profiled cladding with concrete panel sides set in a compound with tree surround adjacent to a service road linking Potterne Park and Moor's Valley Country Park.
