Citizen wishes to tender for the provision of Retrofit professional duties (Retrofit Specialist Consultant) as part of a retrofit programme of wider measures, to ensure that we receive an excellent service, which represents value for money.
We are seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of Citizen and its customers.
Citizen plans to divide the provision of the service into up to Three Lots of specialist duties for SHDF Wave 1 works, e.g., 1 x Retrofit Assessor, 1 x Retrofit Coordinator, 1 x Retrofit Designer and up to three lots per type of Specialist Duties for subsequent Wave phases, all as described below. E.g., 1 to 3 Retrofit Assessors, 1 to 3 Retrofit Coordinators etc. However, you should note that we reserve the right to combine and/ or let these Lots in the way most beneficial to us and our customers
