To assist the growth of WRAP Americas Inc, it is proposed that there is a professional services support network established so WRAP Americas Inc can receive the best advice as it establishes itself and continues to grow. WRAP Americas Inc therefore wishes to appoint a law firm to give legal advice and practical assistance on any legal matters that it might experience.

Advice and practical assistance on the following legal areas:
Commercial contracts - advising on as well as the drafting of commercial contracts that WRAP Americas Inc may wish to enter.
Grant agreements - advising on as well as the drafting of grants agreements that WRAP Americas Inc may wish to enter.
Advising on as well as the drafting of agreements including but not limited to memorandum of understandings, partnership agreements and collaboration agreements.
Advice on public procurement regulations (Public Contracts Regulations UK equivalent).
Advice on the registration and protection of any intellectual property that WRAP Americas Inc may create or licence.
Under US laws and regulations, advising on employment law matters that might impact WRAP Americas Inc including employment contracts.
Under US laws and regulations, advising on any charity law and company law matters that might be applicable.
Under US laws and regulations, advising on any health & safety related legislation and regulations.
