The Provider will facilitate the provision of the accommodation schemes via their relationship with a Housing Provider and meet the Care, Support and Enablement needs of the people residing at the schemes.
The Contracts have a maximum term of 25 years. This is configured as an initial term of 5 years and will then continue on an annual rolling renewal basis for up to a further 20 years.
