Expression of Interest - ECO3 Programme

The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is seeking expressions of interest from licensed energy suppliers to develop an across-tenure programme of installing energy efficiency measures which cut fuel poverty and reduce carbon footprints through Energy Company Obligations (ECO3).

Suppliers should also note that the Borough is ideally looking for a partner/s who provides a fully-funded and fully managed scheme, appointing its own managing agent but with consideration given to suitable local supply chains for a proportion of the installation of measures.

Expressions of Interest requests will only be accepted from fully licensed ECO3-mandated energy suppliers. Requests from managing agents, installers and contractors will be declined.

Interested parties will be expected to return an electronically completed questionnaire and should apply for the Expressions of Interest Pack from neil.pearce@lbbd.gov.uk.

Expression of Interest Window:

Tuesday 18th June to 12:00pm Friday 19th July 2019

Interested parties should allow for further questions relating to their submissions and for potential meetings to gauge further information in the week commencing 24th July 2019.
