The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts combining the following lots or groups of lots:

Lot 1: Seals, 'O' Rings and Gaskets 26% of spends

Lot 2: Precision Machined Items 42% of spends

Lot 3: Screws and Bolts 21% of spends

Lot 4: Paint 11% of spends

Additional information: Supply of Flask Spares Components (Seals, O Rings, Gaskets and Precision Machined Items, Paint) to the specified quality levels in order to maintain the safe transportation of fuel flasks between internal and external destinations.

To be manufactures to SL specifications and drawings and comply with the requirements of SLM 4.06.02 CQR Manual. No part of the work shall be repaired, or spoilt work corrected without the prior written approval of Sellafield Ltd. The request for Sellafield Ltd approval shall state how the Flask Spare will be reworked and controlled e.g. approved Quality Plan or other agreed quality record.
