RFI for Community Pharmacy Anti-Coagulation Management Service

Request for Information (RFI) by NHS Brighton and Hove CCG

Commissioners in Brighton and Hove CCG are considering the re-procurement of Community Pharmacy Anti-Coagulation Management Service for service commencement in April 2017.

To offer a clinically effective and safe, standardised anti-coagulation management service to patients receiving anti-coagulation therapy, within Brighton and Hove. Offering choice and flexibility to the patient as to how and where their therapy is conducted.

As part of the initial planning for this service, Brighton and Hove CCG is seeking views and comments on the proposed service which we are seeking through a number of set questions below.

We have included a potential DRAFT service specification for reference.The final specification(s) will be made available for any future procurement exercise.
