NHS England South West - Integrated Non-Custodial Healthcare Services -- Networking Event

The NHS England (NHSE) Health & Justice team in the South West are looking to re-commission integrated non-custodial healthcare services across the South West region.

This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice in order to facilitate market engagement and encourage partnership working. NHSE invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in attending a networking event which is currently expected to be held on Wednesday 11th October 2023. This is intended to build on the stakeholder events held across the South West region during April and May 2023.

The event will be facilitated so that providers/ potential bidders can network and explore opportunities to work collaboratively in the delivery of future integrated non-custodial healthcare services. The event will be opened with a brief overview of the commissioning vision and scope but the primary focus and time will be allocated to 'networking'.

This notice is placed by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.

Additional information: The networking event is currently expected to be held on Wednesday 11th October 2023 in either Taunton or Bristol. We welcome attendance from providers who may be interested in delivering all or part of these services within any of the areas mentioned above, either in their own right, as a subcontractor or partner, or as part of a consortium.

Further details of the event, (including confirmed location), will be provided to those who have registered their interest. Please return the form by attaching it to a message within Atamis, along with your attendee details. Please note there is a limit of 2 attendees per organisation.

If you are not already registered on the system, you will need to do so before gaining full access and to be able to submit your questionnaire.

This notice is an information gathering exercise rather than a call for competition in its own right, and therefore publication or response does not commit commissioners or respondents to a future procurement, nor provide any process exemptions or preferential treatment to any parties expressing an interest.

Commissioners will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise. Interested parties should note that a response to this notice does not guarantee an automatic invitation to any subsequent formal procurement, which the commissioners will consider in the future.

The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but are instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
