Dear Providers,
It is the Council's intention to enter into a contract with a provider who can support a young person to live independently in the community. The provider will also need to be able to source and procure a property and offer support with tenancy management.

- To source a suitable property in Telford area, which can include the appropriate equipment and assistive technology
